whats problem with my account?

hello there, i come from China and i just been a member for 2 days, i think i love this site but something confused me. i tryed to do some offers in my loction but there are only 2 offers available, i completed one and failed on an other... and what can i do after all? the 2 offers never changed, also i tryed to do some International Offers but it seem dosen't work for me, it says" large amount of fraud from the IP range you are using" :-o what's that supposed mean? i just been here for 2 days.

now, i think i already earned $0.3, happy for that, decided to buy a car with this tomorrow :-D

What's up to all those problems from people in china today? Well, about the IP thing, you should contact the adminstrator and ask him to fix it. About the offers, the only thing I can say is that they're searching for new offers constantly! So don't worry
