Cash is done automatically, you complete an offer and you've to wait one week (payments are weekly) each tuesday/wednesday, you don't need to request it.
You can check your completed offers in "My Offers" you can find it on the left of the page, direct link: http://www.get-paid.com/offers.php
you'll see there that your completed offer is in pending status.
