if it will make you feel any better, I also got paid $0.19 for the instant US offers this time also and I filled out every single offer within them too LOL
But I'm fairly new and don't know if is because I filled out every single offer through the path (which may have caused my decrease from $0.60 to $0.19 per offer).
I'll try and keep it to a minimum from now on like before.
