Payments shown in the screenshot are from referrals. Referral payments are processed automatically on Friday's even if you don't request to cash-out and there is no limit on how much you should earn first to get your payments to be processed automatically :)

Uhmm.. actually that $0.20 was from offers.. I actually waited 2 Fridays for the referral to be paid but their status was still on "pending", so I decided to cash out about $1.45 and now their status are on "cash out" but I just received $0.20. Now I am guessing that that $1.25 missing was from referrals which would be paid on Friday (so I am still waiting this coming Friday). Or do you think there is some problem in my account? Thanks!

You just have to wait this coming Friday to get your "missing" cash from referrals.

UPDATE:
Just received the remaining balance $1.26 which is from referrals. So my total cashout was really $1.46 and not $0.20. This is really awesome. Worth the wait! :)
