100% Profile?

What does it take to get the profile to say it has been filled out 100% ?
I'm currently stuck at 81,25%, and I've done everything.
I've filled out all the info that you can fill out on your "account settings", and I've even uploaded a photo.
And I'm still only 81,25%, so what's left to make it go 100% ?

Anything I'm missing?
