I finished a offer and then went to My Offers
when i submitted it it said i had done it twice.
And the FAQ says that will ban you. what now?

Our system never generates a message of duplicate offers, and you cannot be banned for what you did, because you're just exploring our site which is fine.

If not too hard, can you please attach a screenshot or explain again about this problem, so I could better assist you?
