2 questions

Hi,

The first question is about someone who was trying to be my referal. I emailed 2 months ago with no response besides that someone replying to my email on the 2nd of October stating "I am puttig cc to admin and he should be able to sort it out"

So the original email I wrote was:

I have a referal who has attempted to sign up under me. She has attempted twice with Facebook and going through the steps but when she does it freezes at the end so she is not successful. She is from the US but she has told me that she uses linux and not windows but I wouldn't think that would be any sort of issue.
Please let me know if there is anything from your end that may cause this or if you have any suggestions.

The 2nd question I had was about tasks. There are a bunch there at the moment claimin to pay 50 cents once completed. I have done 2 and they only paid me 1 cent each. I know this may be Crowd Flower that does this and not sure what you can do but I don't think it should say it pays 50 cents when it doesn't.

Please tell your referral to try to change her Internet Browser,
It might solve this problem.

About the task you didn't get paid for, the first task you completed was probably a "Training Mode" which tests if you are able to do the task correctly, and you don't get paid for completing it.

If you're sure that it wasn't on "Training Mode" please try to contact 'CrowdFlower' support,
We don't handle this kind of issues because we don't control them.

.50 equal=half a cent. Not 50 cent
50 equal=half a dollar(without dot)

Zacharyone thank you so much for that clarification. It was a little confusing because it looked like 50 cents and usually half a cent places put .005 not 0.50. That clears it up though and I can see other tasks just have a single number without the dot so thank you! :)

Rephael I shall ask her to be sure to see if she has tried another browser. I find it really odd that it would freeze on her and not allow her to sign up. Thank you for the response.
