A question About Matomy

Hiya, I hope that I have posted this in the correct forum, if not I apologise.

My question is this - When I go to the Tasks section, and use the drop down box to go to Matomy it brings up the offers, and above those are some tabs with categories, in between 'Videos' and 'Trending' there used to be a 'tasks' section, but it has disappeared.
It used to be there, and when it didn't have any jobs and would display a message to reflect that, but now the whole section has disappeared? Will it be coming back? Or is it just something that is occasional?

I am not able to, I tried but it told me that my forum points are too low, is there a way around that?

Indeed I am! I had been able to access Tasks as it was located between Video and Trending, but I can't see it any more. Also my tasks in general have dried up, I'd be lucky to get 5 or so a day :(

Thanks for explaining the issue.
My impression is that they took it off because that content expired (probably the advertisers completed their campaigns there).

However, I have sent an email to their agent, requesting Matomy to look into this issue and do their best to change it.
