A question about those credit cards

Hello guys, could you help me?

Once i've read here in the forum (about 7 months ago :p) something about virtual credit cards..
People could buy'em and then add and link the vcc to your paypal account.
An example : www.shopvcc.com

The site says that it is totally legal, but i dont know if is true
Do anybody here knows anything about that and could explain me how does it works? :p and if it is legal?

I have bought VCC's before but don't anymore. I bought it from a guy who sells them for $5 via MSN. As for shopvcc, I don't think they look legit & you should google their site to find out more yourself.

Using Virtual Credit Cards to verify your PayPal is against their ToS and can lead to your account being permanently suspended. I do not encourage people to use VCC's but just AlertPay if you don't have a CC.

Time ago I bought one virtual credit card from there, www.shopvcc.com

I've already said that in some threads... shopvcc.com 100% legit, 100% true. When u pay the VCC in a few hours they send u by e-mail the number of the virtual credit card with it's security code (Paypal asks for it too).

I don't think they look legit

I really hate people who tells about things that don't know nothing, please, have u used shopvcc.com? no really, then? me and more people have bought their VCC from there, as I have said above I've recommended that site in many threads and people of gptreasure have bought it properly without problems. ;-)

One thing victor has reason, if u dont have really CC use VCC instead of a credit card, but if u have CC better to use it before than a VCC ;-)

I think Entropay.com might be a better solution for you.

i bought mine from shopvcc, and its legit, but im not stupid enough to argue with admin, =P
and entropay looks just as good site as well.

Feel free to argue, I am not very knowledgeable about all these virtual cards. :-)

Okay but, another question

Suppose my accoubt balance in paypal is 10 dollars.
And i have a VCC linked to my paypal account.

Someone told me that when you money in your balance is not enough to buy something, the difference is taken from you credi card, like :

10 Dollars on my account, and i want to buy a 200 hundred dollars CD (example) by paypal. I click to pay.
190 Dollars is the difference, so it would be taken from the Credit card, right?
And now? Do the site pay it for me?

Another question,
Where are these credit crds from? Are them stolen from someone? This credit card belongs to whom? who owes it x.x

1. Technically these VCC's doesn't exist, by trying to withdraw money you don't have from a non-existant card will get your PayPal account suspended.

2. They belong to a VCC company, websites like shopvcc.com just resell them.

the virtual credit card that you buy, as it's called is virtual, it doesn't exist, so you don't have money in your VCC, it's ONLY used to VERIFY your paypal account in order to your paypal account doesn't become frozen or when some ebayer only accepts people who have their paypal account verified, no more ;-)
