i don't think you need an Account Balance, since all profit are paid with no minimum payout, but i'm sure "my offers" section keep a track of all your profit.

this page doesn't work as a PTC page, from my point of view it isn't needed to have an account balance because we haven't minium payout (just if you're using alertpay I think you need to reach at least 1$ to can receive your offers payments done at the moment) and cash are automatically starting at the moment when you submit them in your offers list...
