this offer,GPTreasure lotto,on international offers,how do i complete it?,the instructions say i have to participate in something,and it says that,"IF YOU ARE INTERNATIONAL MEMBER,CLICK THE BANNER BELOW",i click it,and it takes me to a Computer TV website,do i have to pay something to participate in this OFFER?,please help.

Choose from the list GPTreasure lotto on "My Offers" page 'n submit!

Next Draw = March 01, 2010

If u can't win in March draw,
next mont no need to again complete offer,
"My Offers" just submit offer again!
