Account Disabled After Requesting Cash-out

Seems like this is happening to a lot of people. My account was disabled after i requested payout and so far no one has bothered to contact me about what the problem was even though i have written the support team about the issue.

For those of you who are reading this thread I'm giving an update. It has been over 48hours since requesting cash-out. I received my 1st response from support this morning around 3:30amCST (thank goodness I'm a night owl) from someone named Chris who asked me where I was from and if I was using a proxy. I emailed him right back with the answer to those questions, which by the way, are United States of America and No.
Then he emailed me again and told me that he would send a note to admin about my account. I emailed him back asking how long it would take to have my account enabled and payment sent and I haven't heard back.
As a 1st time user of this site and being that this is the 1st time I've tried to cash out I can say I'm really getting sketchy vibes when I can get answer right away for some questions and nothing for others.
For now I will do as the forum moderators asked and be patient but I'm seriously having doubts right now about this site. I'll update soon, hopefully, with a progress report.

We are getting things in order and ensuring the responses would be made in a much quicker time frame.

No problem, please feel free to lock this thread. My account was enabled when I signed on this morning around 11am CST and my payment from the cash out was also received. I'll post proof in the proofs section. Thank you for you help.
