Account Disabled, help

hi there admin can you tell me why is my account disabled, i know this site is not a scam becouse i have been paid a lot off times, only problem i may think off is that becouse i moved from my old house to a new one so the ip address changed can you look it if that is the problem, i love this site becouse it is good and it would be a shame to get baned for stupid thing like this !!!
