Account Disabled

Hi,

I tried sending you guys a message through your "contact us" area but I have not received a reply yet. So I am posting here just as a secondary precaution. Just recently I tried to log-in and I received the message that my account is disabled. I don't know why it was disabled; I don't do a lot on this site besides listen to the radio in your "easy offer" area or watch a video every now and then. Please re-enable my account.

We received a report with a very small number of users from the Radio company, they listed your account as fraudulent who according to them is "as non-human traffic through means of scripting, bots, or otherwise".

This is why your account was suspended, we were required by this company to block your account. If you want to challenge their claim please provide an explanation how you completed the offer and whether this was done through genuine means or not.

I don't really have a lot of time to do other offers such as surveys and such because of office work. But when I noticed the internet radio under "easy offers" it stated that I can get credit for every 10 minutes or so for listening. I thought to myself that this is awesome; I can listen to my favorite stations, earn credit, and do my office work all in one sitting. Now, every once in while I do notice a captcha would popup; so when I could I filled it in with what it told me to and pushed enter and the page would refresh itself and go back to playing music. I repeated this anytime I saw a captcha popup; I might have missed some when I was not paying attention, I sometimes leave it on when I go to sleep too, but I do for the most part do fill in the captcha correctly when I see one. Whether I gotten my credits or not it was still nice knowing I can listen to music and earn a little something while I do other work.

Thanks a lot Admin, I am happy that everything worked out okay. Though I am a bit worried; Is it okay for me to continue listening to the radio as I have without there being future trouble?
