I was completed some task, but when i refresh browser to find new task I get the following message:

Dear member,
Your account is disabled.
Please contact an administrator to solve this issue.

I didn't broken any rules of your site

Can someone please tell me what this is? Or why was it disabled?
Could someone please clarify?
