ditto = likewise = same thing.

For example:

Person A: I like Pizza.
Person B: Likewise / Ditto.

I think "ditto" is a word that isn't used very often, and if used it would probably be in the UK and not in the US. I think "likewise" is more appropriate to be used in the US.
