All order in Instant US Offer is expired!

Hi admin and everybody, i don't know that why all Order is expired (i have tried to complete Instant US Offer), when i click on banner, ex: "netflix", "Vista Print".....the messange such as this image:

A few of my friend said that All offer was actived but i don't think so!
