BUG? I selected the right answer but at the end of the task it says I missed it.

I have a problem. I am definitely sure I marked two photos as inappropriate but after submitting it, it says I missed it.

Here's the task:
NEW RULES: Flag and tag images that contain adult content - *PLEASE READ NEW RULES CLOSELY!* (Contains mature content)

I think there are bug issues that need to be resolved.
