Banners are not clickable???????

It says click on the banner, but it cannot be clicked ^^

Can you please give in detail which banners aren't working properly for you, sametbars? Please try deleting your cookies and click on the banners once again.

Use Internet Explorer, it is cleaner and safer

I think I know your problem.
You have been trying to click on the banners which are the advertises logo.
You need to click on the banners which are:
-under the instructions to complete the offer
-under the commisions

Those banners are banners which lead you to the advertises site. The banner on top of the instructions, etc ad I have said, is just a Logo.
