Hey guys. Iv'e been having this proplem (i'm not sure is it a really big one). When i click the banner above the comission nothing happends,but i can click on the banner under the comissions. does it matter witch one i click?

The banners under the commission and the instructions are the clickable ones. It leads you to the site where you take the offer.
The ones on top, on the other hand, is either the sites logo, or the name of the offer.
