Dear "michalisioannou",
When you complete a task with a low accuracy then you can't try to complete the specific task again but you can try other tasks. Sometimes CrowdFlower bring the same task again and reset your accuracy and then you can try to complete it again.
Make sure that you complete the tasks correctly because low accuracy can affect sometimes the availability of other tasks too.

I've made some serious mistake on my first task offered. I was confused but now I understand what I've done. And hope get-paid give a chance and allow me to test my skills again. I guess it could be the reason for not receiving tasks since I joined.

SSRGetPaidIf you are a beginner and barely starting on Cash Tasks, know that you need to finish the training mode before you can actually start on Cash Tasks. You will still get paid for attempting to complete the training mode but that training mode is going to determine what kind of tasks should be given to you.
So be careful when completing the training mode because on most tasks if your accuracy drops too much, you get kicked from the task. If you're doing a task that seems a bit hard or you take too long to do it, consider trying a different one.
Task providers can also flag you and you can get kicked out from tasks if you are not providing valid answers. This might frustrate you but this has to happen. So task providers can provide the right tasks for the right users.
The key to making money with tasks is to do a lot as fast and accurately as possible.
