Becoming Gold Member?

I'm still new but soon I want to become gold member. What are the requirements to become gold member? Do you just have to be a long member of gptreasure for awhile and ask admins to make you gold or do you have to be really good friends with admins to make you members? The reason that I want to become gold member is cause I want to do more offers! It's pretty fun doing these offers. xD
