Bonus wheel not spin

Today I earned 1.05 $ and all my bonus wheel showing that i can click here for bonus. all green bar is fully filled up.but when i try to spinning it doesn't spin at all.what is wrong with it? I already used this spin in the past days. But not within 24 hrs.please help me.
