Buddy Up request problem

Hello, i have a problem when i ask someone to be my buddy. I click on Buddy Up and see the pending written. But then if i go to the list of pending requests, is empty. I can't send buddy up requests.
It happen only to me.
I also sent a mail about a week ago from contact us form, but haven't received answer.
Please, help me.
