Business Cards Help and Tips Please

I'm having some issues completing the Business Cards.
I'm not sure about some entries.
For example this card:

The company would be what?

Also another thing, what is this line: Silent Eight PTE, LTD.
Never understood what this line was. Could be the company ? Department ?

Silent Eight PTE. LTD. is the company name :)

Also another thing, do the words need to be typed exactly how we see them ?
Sometimes names or even emails are typed in caps lock, do we need to type them like that ?

I advise you to type them as show in the picture because sometimes it could have trouble approval if not done exactly.
