Business cards problems again

Hello,
the day before yesterday I had 489 business cards left for checking on the list and today they are gone...
it looks like they are not been checked at all but disappeared! I think last time they were checked and
credited 2 days later, but not this time...
I can send you screenshots before and after via email if needed...
