CANADA OFFER MESSING WITH MY COMPUTER

There is this offer for Canada called Desktop Smiley and It has been totally messing around with my computer. I have Uninstalled the complete program under Add and Remove programs. (Windows XP) It still some how is giving me all these annoying popups including links to other offers from GPTreasure like PerfSpot and EliteMate. Usually every time I enter into another website I get these dam popups and it is really ticking me off. Could you help stop these popups or send those jacka**es a message to remove popups or stop messing around. I also recommend this offer being removed completely from the Canadian offers page.

EDIT: Just to submit this thread.. I recieved another popup while my page refreshed. Damn they are annoying.

Sorry can't see EDIT button now. I just recieved a popup and when I clicked "X". A window popped up saying "Your crush is in (my town/city) <-- It actually stated my town and said it's searching for you" I think I'm being keylogged through all this bs. I have scanned my computer multiple times already with Norton AntiVirus and Spysweeper. Spy cookies were removed but these pop-ups continue to pop-up randomly when browsing the internet and I believe if I remain on the same page for a long period of time.. There is a timer before another popup comes.

Somebody please get me out of this bs. GpTreasure those downloads are not safe at all. It is really ticking me off.

I have not placed any restore dates and I have no clue how to do it. Do you know how to set them?

Well I cant set one now with these dam popups. I thought GpTreasure said specifically "We go through all downloads before posting the links but were not responsible if your computer gets screwed". Well if you went through this download, would you leave a side note saying how it gives your computer popups and your computer is f**ked for .20 cents?

I did send in the request for 20 cents before I began recieving popups but I dont care about the money no more. Just please tell me how im suppose to get this sh** off my computer.

Im sorry for swearing (even though I've censored the spelling). Im not in a good mood.

Downloading Offers - Gptreasure takes no responsibility in a case of a problem (adware etc) that occurs in a downloading offer. Nevertheless, we will never upload a risky offer and all download offers in our website are being checked by us first. This rule is just here to say a member cannot forward his complaint to us regarding adware issues in a case he claims he have those. All complaints of this kind must be dealt between the member and the advertiser.

To Create a System Restore point:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.

There may be spyware or infected file from the download. Try getting an anti - virus program. It may help remove it. If not, i have no other solutions except reinstall the OS. Good luck with your problem.
