We normally verify them in the same speed as the other offers but in any case of something suspicious we reserve the right to place the account on hold until it's proved the user genuinely is the one who used the card.

Maybe it depends on the advertisers.
I remember some offers I completed time ago, they were CC offers and I think it became paid soon, so don't worry ;-)
