Can I change my Paypal address?

Hi! I have a problem. I need to change my email address from my profile but can I? I don't see any place here where I could.

I need change it because my paypal account has changed and now if I get referrals, payment goes to the old account. D:
So is there way to do that? Should I send message to gptreasure..?
