Can not do the Offers for International members!

so i want to know the Offers for International members are not available for us.

International offers are available to all country, except for three of them. China, probably is one, 'cause it's a big country

But, china has its reason. For example, in 2008, was the country in which downloaded more music. But, only two people in entire China bought them. The rest, did illegal downloads.

So, advertisers don't want to sell thing to China for many reasons

I don't know the advertisers' exact reasons, this business many times work in a "robot" way e.g. you just do it without understanding why.

So basically that's what I can tell you about it, apologies I have no further information.
