Cant Do Anything !!

i just sing in but nothing seems to work for me

im from peru and after i register, i went to offers

there i went to international

and then i read all of those ads i think they were

but when i scrole down i didnt see the " banner " to click .... am i doing something wrong ?

What type of browser do you use? Internet Explorer, FireFox?

Also, any chances you can provide a screenshot showing what you see?
