Can't activate account

Hey, I've been waiting for about an hour for the activation email but it hasn't arrived. When I try to resend it, an error pops up to do with your SMTP server: "The following From address failed: [email]activation3@gptreasure.com[/email] Mailer Error: The following From address failed: [email]activation3@gptreasure.com[/email]
SMTP server error: Sorry, over your daily relay limit."

Can an admin activate my account manually for me? [email]alex.daoud@mac.com[/email]
