Can't cash out !

i can't cash out my earning money.
because the notice below:
Please fill out your your profile details.
You still need to add your confirmation email.
And i didn't have a confirm email.
so how can i do it now ? please.

If you want to cash out you need to have an account with one of the payment processors we offer (We recommend using PayPal). Once you have created an account with a payment processor, please complete your payment information on Get-Paid & request to cashout.

Please wait for admin's reponse, he will activate your account as soon as possible.
Also please don't use other languages but English in this forum,
