Cant go to offer or my offers

I want to go to offers but if i do that it says: "your account is dislabbeld", but i make my account today!
Plz help me

Rule #3 Says - Payments will be made once a week! Any attempt to abuse or cheat our system - will result in non-payment, and deleting user's account. If a user keeps trying to abuse (e.g. opens a new user) he will find his IP banned from our website.

Maybe this is what happened to you?
