Cash Out Problem

I have cashout ($11.98) 2 days before and ($1.36) today the status of offers who shown APPROVED in blue color go to cashout but now states show approved in black color but balance is zero and I complete many offer from yesterday my balance is no increase please help me and resolve this issue

APPROVED : Status after you complete one task/survey/offer.
Cashout : Status after you hit cashout button.
APPROVED : This status mean your offer was checked and will be credit.
Now the tasks have some problem.Very long to credit and many people got this problem.Wait for admin to check it.

I don't understand why are you (imransgd101) panicking over that status and posting about this in several threads in our forum?
