Cashed out and still didn't get the payment

Good afternoon
I cashed out yesterday during the day and still didn't get the payment, which is weird because I always get relatively quickly.
Today I cashed out again, so I'm posting about it because I'm afraid if there's something wrong and I'll loose my money.
Can anyone help me out?
