I and other countries surely you glad you changed the minimum level for countries like us.
But there are still problems we face is the cashout.
It has affected the rate provided for you, by having to wait Approved.
Long time so that we can offer you.
I hope that if you not cashout, will make it possible for us to provide.
Can you still maintain the minimum level, but let's ignore the cashout.
I think it would be good for both us and you.

With the new minimum payout, the payout time has been reduced to 1-2 days. This is actually a lot faster than we used to.

I am sorry if this is not the answer you wanted, but it's not easy to read what you wrote.
We also have international boards, so you can ask your question in your own language. Is that an option?

The old payout system was:

You were get paid every tuesday and wedenesday( 1 week)
So what Jooonathan said is right,the payout system at the moment is faster than the old one.

I understand you guys prefer that we pay every 24-48 hours but without the cashout feature (i.e. no minimum payout at all) but that attracts fraud unfortunately, and we want to make sure we prevent it, so we are giving something much more rewarding here (quick payouts within 24-48 hours) but on the same time, indeed, we have a demand for a small minimum payout. I hope that makes things clear.
