Celldorado offer fromthe netherlands says 10$ first i want to know if that is true because i have done it and i have an subscription now and the subscription is 9$ A WEEK!!!!!!
so do i get my 10$ or not??

You won't be charged if you haven't received a PIN because you have to receive a PIN and provide it on the computer screen to approve subscription.
