Changing PayPal to LibertyReserve

When signing up, I've tried to choose LibertyReserve account and enter exactly account number,but when I continue this process, there is a error appears:
"Please enter the email you used for Paypal/Alertpay or LibertyReserve account (U123456)"
I've tried so many times but it was not succesful, so I had to sign up with a Paypal account.
I was wondering what I have to do now so as to change my Paypal account into LibertyReserve account?

Hello Thomas,

Please mail your account number to [email]info@gptreasure.com[/email] or use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page, above the menu. If you mail, include your accountname.
They can change it for you.
