(as I dont understand well your question)
Once you click the offer,it automatically submitted even though you didnt complete the offer,

1. Click it
2. It will be automatically submitted
3. Another window opens
4. You complete the offer.

No. You will only earn here if you complete properly the offers.

Anyway you see: clicking will auto-submit a payment request the payment will be requested for the offer but if u don't complete the offer u won't get paid.

What sagitari said is correct.
Clicking on an offer only submits a request but you still have to complete the offer for you to be paid for it.
