hello, i Pmed gptreasure, saying i had some issues with paypal, and he went ahead and sent me the money to paypal, which i cant use, and i cant send it back, because my account is limited

You don't send it back.
You need to refund it:

I cant find any refund button, just to clarify, because my paypal was screened, i cant send money, close my paypal, etc. i can only receive money

You need to click on a transaction and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and then you would be able to issue a refund.

I know what's a Limited Account is but the option of issuing a refund is there, please try to find it once you click on any transaction of money that you RECEIVED from someone, scroll down to the bottom of the page and then you would be able to issue a refund.

i have provided screenshots, to prove there is no refund button for me, my account was screened, and paypal emailed me with their automatic system about a 3rd party logging in , which was me from another pc, screenshots:

By the way, something extra, you do not have Utility Bill and Photo ID to send to PayPal so they could unlock the account?

nope, i am angry that i kinda PMED you, saying not to send it, maybe you should read PMS first before sending money, in future? i have created a new papyal account, but will use moneybookers in the future, but no i have no idea what i can do to receive my money from my locked paypal :(

from experience mine, when u have one paypal account locked u cant refund money, u cant send money and neither receive money :-(

it's not needed to start using moneybookers, PayPal really rocks!!! just create a new account and verify it, u can verify ur paypal account with one Virtual Credit Card, VCC, u can buy one here: www.shopvcc.com

i've lost muuuuuuch money more than 100$ because paypal locked me some accounts time ago :-( but now i've a verified paypal account and it works properly!! ;-)
