Completed a daily survey but no xp points or coins were added to my account

The survey is still marked as "Pending" and not as "Approved" so only if it's approved then you will be credited for it and likewise receive XP points for it.

The survey cannot be approved if you don't complete the survey successfully - you unfortunately failed the survey whilst completing it, it's not your fault but this is up to the advertiser to set certain parameters for successful completion of the survey which you unfortunately didn't meet.
You are always welcome however to try these offers again if the system permits you to take another one.

However i tried about three failed surveys but the fourth one ( it was about shipping companies ) ended successfully and a message says something like (you ended survey successfully).

They can take up to 6h to get approved.
