Why if I have Level 1 on Crowdflower I can't do tasks with Level 1, and I can't fill a suport ticket on their site?
I don't know what to do next

on Crowdflower you start with level 0, and then you make your way to level 1... just keep doing tasks and try to have a good accuracy and you will reach level 1 and even 2 easily

I had level 1, 2, 3 but I lost 2 and 3 because of penalties and I have only level 1 now, but I have no access to those tasks with level 1. This is the problem
