Crowdflower

I enjoy the tasks on CrowdFlower, and have earned quite a few coins doing them, but am frustrated that they are really inconsistent. They give guidelines and sometimes show you where you have gone wrong. For the same task, you can then follow their own guidelines and they give the opposite answer of what they gave before. They offer the opportunity for feedback to let them know if the test question is fair or not, but they never respond or seem to correct themselves. I can have over 90 percent accuracy and then not be allowed to continue due to their lack of consistency in using their own guidelines! This is very frustrating!

Yes, unfortunately that is how their system is built. We have contacted them numerous times with feedback about it, the best we can ask our users to do the same, use the "Contact CrowdFlower" link from their tasks page and provide them with feedback as well, that's the only way we might get them to change their system and make it easier to use.

I have responded to their own requests for feedback and will do so through the "Contact Crowdflower" as well and hope that they will take these complaints into account! Nevertheless, I do enjoy the tasks.

They should reply to you this week, they are all back from end-of-year vacation.

They did promise to come up with new changes in February.

You should keep trying. They have a lot of different types of tasks and you might find something that you can move forward with. Every day they have new tasks! Good luck.

I still have not figured out how to allocate the level, I've done hundreds of tasks, are nearly 80% and I do not have any level, even on my profile are not even 50 tasks .. ???
