Daily Spin Bonus not working?

I watched the daily spin meter fill up throughout the day today and have easily gained more than 300 points but when I checked about 10 minutes ago the bar has become empty, the line below now reads "YOU NEED 300 MORE COINS TO CLAIM YOUR LUCKY SPIN" and is not counting any new points I've been gaining since that time.

The countdown timer also still says I have about 2 hours left.

I noticed in my most recent coin activity the time stamps are set to eastern time.

I'm not sure if the time zone is bugging it or if it's bugging as soon as I hit 300, either way, I'm missing out on my spin :(
