Daily Spin Wheel nowhere to be found?

Hey! When I reached level 4, I was told I had access to the wheel, but after looking in just about every tab in the site, I could not find it. Are there any other requirements for the wheel to actually appear or something? Am I missing something? I need help, please!

Wheel spin is located on the dashboard. Simply visit: http://www.get-paid.com/dashboard.php

As I said, the wheel is absolutely nowhere to be found, and that includes the dashboard. :/

Tried using different browsers, clearing cookies and any temporary files, and nothing. :/

What about "empty internet cache"....? it's different thing, you didn't mention it yet...Try it, the spin is exist...:)

I was using CCleaner to do it, but not all options were marked for Chrome. I marked all of them and did it, and it worked! I can't remember what options were unchecked, but that was probably one of them, haha. Thanks :D
