Well, that seems to be the problem. You probably do what I do, "not interested", "not interested" etc. ;p
Apparently they have a system that stops these false surveys.

SPain has daily surveys but sometimes it says no available for me lol XD anyway I make 1$ min a day thanks to daily Surveys :D

in the first survey i got this message

It seems like you tried these surveys in the past (through the Walls) and this is why they don't show up again.
We have no control on the way they filter users and choose not to take them for more surveys but as Jonathan said if you answered answers like "not interested" then they might do the same regarding future participation in their surveys.

It has nothing to do with your cookies - the companies which allow you to take surveys already rejected your current participation so you cannot view more surveys for now, it's their sole decision and they filter users based on the responses they give out when they answer their surveys.
