Deleted already approved tasks from earning list

27-12-2011 18:17
Dear Support,

When is finished yesterday evening I had 220 requests in my earning list only 8 of them where a no track.
After your recent payment there are only 88 requests left.

132 already approved tasks are gone. By browsing through your forum I saw you have an issue with crowdflower tasks and you had to amend payment.

Does these mean you had to correct already approved tasks too ?

And what about contest points -as far of today I thought one correctly finished offer / task counts 1 point daily surveys 2 points- towards the contest ?

Why where 132 already approved tasks deleted without payment and points for the contest ?

Please clarify. Kind regards.

What do "duplicated requests" means? (on the announcement of the crowdflowers issue)

Thanks Admin!

Requests with the same amount.
For instance you might see 2 CrowdFlower requests with the same $0.XX amount - so one of these requests is basically "duplicated".

Yes, we do apologise for this but we're working with them to make sure it won't happen again, but it's not finalized yet so we're looking on next week payout cycle to be with the same cut, and we are aware of it that this is not professional, and we extremely apologise.

Hi Admin, thanks for the reply. Duplicated request are requests with the same amount, and I had 20 requests with the same amount for doing the same kind of task over and over again, but it wasn't exactly the same task each time, its content changed each time, so, it wasn't duplicated? Or we can cokplete the same task only one time eavh week before payment?

Thanks Admin! :)

juanjo, don't worry. The duplicated requests were already removed in full. So your requests are right

it was just an issue with the CrowdFlower Wall Offers already fixed

I don't worry haha, the only thing is that I don't really know why CrowdFlowers doesn't want to pay...

Sagitari, you say that it is already fixed, its good news

Thanks!!
