Didn't get payment

I have requested my first payment of $0.5 about three days ago, but still didn't receive it. I tried to contact the admin through 'Contact Us' , but got no reply. Does this site actually pay?

It could be sometimes 72 hours, you know, we cannot guarantee a 48 hour time is the limit, but we strive to process it within this limit.
