Didn't receive my payment from 6 days

I made cashout in 9 may and till now not received any thing :(

Normal payments are processed within 24-48 hours and Referrals payments are processed on Fridays. Please also make sure that you filled in your payment processor's e-mail correctly.

Normal payments were processed yesterday, so if you filled in your payment processor's e-mail correctly and you didn't cash-out your referrals payments please contact us by the support form: http://www.get-paid.com/contact.php.

my payments from offers and tasks and i already contact the support 3 days ago the answer was we will be paying in a day or two and nothing happen till now
